What the API covers: bouncewatch.com/products/data-enrichment-api\n\nA watchlist that only grows stops being a watchlist. Once an account is won, lost or parked, the news about it is no longer news you act on. This workflow takes those companies back off the list.\n\n### How it works\n\nA daily schedule asks HubSpot for the companies whose records changed since the last sweep. A filter keeps only the ones whose lifecycle stage has reached a closed-out value \u2014 customer, evangelist or other by default. Each of those goes to the Bounce Watch node, which stops the watch for that domain. Events the watch already queued stay collectable, so nothing you had not read yet is thrown away.\n\n### Setup\n\n1. Get an API key at bouncewatch.com/register/api. It is free, no card, and every new account starts with 2,500 credits. Paste it into the Bounce Watch credential.\n2. Connect your HubSpot credential on the second node.\n3. Edit the list of closed-out lifecycle stages in the filter to match how your pipeline is actually labelled.\n\nStopping a watch costs no credits, and it frees a slot for the next account worth following.\n\n### Customization tips\n\nDrive this from a deal stage rather than a lifecycle stage if that is where \"closed\" lives in your CRM. Or run it against a spreadsheet column instead of HubSpot, if the list of accounts you have stopped chasing is kept somewhere simpler.",
