This workflow monitors an inbox for new messages, summarises their content with AI, then drafts and sends a reply while archiving relevant attachments to Google Drive. It suits busy professionals or small teams who need consistent, timely responses without manually triaging every email. The key step is the AI summarisation that feeds directly into the reply-generation logic before the emailSend node fires.
Use it for high-volume but low-complexity correspondence such as support queries or newsletter feedback; avoid it when replies must reference live internal systems or carry legal weight.
