How this works
This workflow monitors an IMAP inbox and automatically summarises incoming emails before drafting and sending a reply. It suits individuals or small teams who receive high volumes of routine messages and want consistent, timely responses without constant manual effort. The core chain reads mail via emailReadImap, summarises the content, then uses emailSend to dispatch the reply while optionally storing attachments in Google Drive via httpRequest.
Use it for standard customer or internal queries that follow repeatable patterns; avoid it for sensitive or highly variable correspondence that needs personal judgement. A common variation replaces the fixed reply template with dynamic content pulled from Google Drive documents when more context is required.
